This year's season will be similar to previous seasons. Practice will be every day except for Wednesdays. Practices will be at the North Campus wrestling room from 3:30 until 5:00. Starting on 11/13, all practices will be held with the varsity, and wrestlers from Mounds Park Academy.
We will be wrestling other school in the metro area. Most matches will begin between 4:00 and 5:00 PM. Most wrestlers will get to wrestle more than one match each time. They will wrestle kids their own age, weight and experience. We are trying to get matches scheduled before varsity matches, and the schedule is still being worked out.
Our schedule will be on the Minnehaha Academy Calendar wich also contains the schedule for the varsity team. The Varsity schedule is located on the Minnehaha web-site (Wrestling Boys Varsity). I strongly encourage all Middle School wrestlers to attend the varsity matches.
Minnehaha has a mailing list created just for the middle school wrestling program. To subscribe, just click on the link previous link and send a blank e-mail. I will send all updates out via that mailing list along with sending it home with your son after practice.
